Description
Offers tools and resources to individuals with disabilities. Helps them to make their own decisions and live as independently as possible. Services include:
- Advocacy
- Peer support
- Benefits counseling
- Application assistance
- Independent living skills training
- Sign language interpreter registry
- Assistive technology/adaptive devices
- Personal assistant(in-home care) referral
Offers eligible Californians who are unable to speak, or who have difficulty speaking, with a free speech-generating device.
