Description
Offers support that allows individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live in their community or in their family home as independently as possible. Staff collaborate with individuals to plan, coordinate, and teach vital life skills that allow them to achieve independence.
Eligibility
Open to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Referrals must come from Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC).
